Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of $59 or more after discounts and before taxes.

If your order subtotal is below $35, standard shipping rates will apply depending on the total weight of the package.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment centre for packaging and shipment. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order cancellations, modifications, or address changes after an order has been submitted.

Subscription orders that are not cancelled or skipped before shipping are not eligible for refunds.

If you purchased Ree Oregano products through another retailer or marketplace, please contact the original seller directly for their return policy.

Customs & Import Fees

Ree Oregano is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply at your destination.

Delivery Time

Domestic shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to:

Once a package has been shipped, Ree Oregano cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries caused by the shipping carrier.

Non-Continental U.S. Shipping

Currently, Ree Oregano ships only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Territories

  • International locations


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for purchases made directly through the Ree Oregano official website.

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Items must be in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is approved, the item must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of authorization.
